I purchased this after trying something else that did not work. The product does work (or at least it worked for me)... I'm a 30 yr old, pretty healthy guy, sometimes I have hard times keeping an erection. I had date #4 with someone and wanted to make sure I'd be decent in bed... I took two pills (I'm a big guy, weight over 250 lbs) with water a couple of hours before show time. Once aroused I was pretty hard and honestly stayed like that for hours. Spent all night tossing and turning. When it was time to check out of the motel, I still had the headache and was nauseous... It also increased the feelings and the fluid volume.....BUT it also seems to increase my blood preasure makes your head throb and keeps you from sleeping all night. So I guess like with most things pleasurable there are negetives.

You can pick this up at some Wally Worlds, but it's usually sold out. It feels very similar to Viagra, works in about the same time, lasts 24 hours. I was going to give 4 stars because, like Viagra, it gives me bad acid reflux, but I give it 5 star because it's over the counter.
