By the design house of Gianni Versace, versus is a oriental, woody fragrance with a blend of citrus, spices, woods, amber and musk. It is recommended for daytime wear.

If you want to find the fragrance some place local try the stores I have listed above. I've never seen it in any retail store for more then $20, I've even seen it as low as $10 so shop around. Great fragrance just does'nt last long.


All the reviews saying that the Versus product is a fake don't know what they're talking about. The Versace company does not drop prices if they can help it, so they moved their lower-priced fragrances to the Versus label, one that the Versace company owns, in order to not dilute their reputation as a luxury brand. Blue Jeans is an old fragrance, in an old container, that sells at a cheap price. No wonder Versace didn't want their luxury brand name on it anymore!


the gianni versace blue jeans is a 1st. class cologne as befits the name of the maker. this is not an every day kind of thing. the blue jeans is for a special night out. exotic and yet subtle!


It would have been nice if Amazon sent the real Blue Jeans by Gianni Versace. I received a fake version made by "Versus" instead of Versace. Then I couldn't get in touch with Amazon.


My husband has been wearing this fragrance for years. It is clean and just a little sweet - but very manly!


I also have a bottle of this cologne that says by "Verses" , not Versace.
I feel taken for the 1st time on Amazon!!



I ordered two of the Versace Blue Jeans bottles for Christmas gifts for my nephew's. Please don't let the picture fool you. The cannister and the bottle both come bearing the name "Versus" instead of the Versace logo. Neither the cannister nor the bottle look anything like the picture. Naturally, I assumed I would be receiving exactly what I was being shown, not in this case. Buyer Beware.

lots of compliments when wearing this; its a bit older but still a good one. first sprays are a little bit strong, but then fade into a nice scent; lasts a pretty long time, not as much as dolce and gabbana but still pretty good.


when my husband and i started dating 6 years ago i already loved his blue jeans versace. in between we were forced to buy some other scent (due to the fact that we live in europe and could not find it) it never was quite the same. i love the smell of it. it draws me to him like no other perfume does. love it!!!


This is a great smelling man's cologne and this was the best price I found it.

This scent may seem odd at first but it is not like any other ive ever smelled. It sort of puts you in a trance to smell it. As though you never want to stop smelling it. I find myself taking extra breath sometimes just to catch the scent haha. 5 stars. Oh. And the women seem to love it. I got 4 compliments on the scent the first day I wore it! A girl even told me that I was probably the best smelling guy shes ever met haha.

I blindly bought this one after reading positive reviews of many other reviewers. Yes, it's a very good scent. It reminds me of the late nineties I don't know why. Maybe I smelled it for the first time back then and yes, it's not a new scent for me even though I didn't knew it by its name and I figured it as soon as I sprayed it. It's kind of sweet but not too much, it's fresh but does has character. Definitelly sexy. Not as elegant as Cartier's Declaration but kind of sober in its own way and don't know how to say it but... could I say it's kind of a happy scent? If I was to frame it by age of the possible user I would give it a mid twenties and older. It's not sporty, its classy but modern at the same time. It does last the whole day but doesn't scream it's presence. Anyway it has its name well placed... its a dream of a scent.

Highly commendable. Go for it and you won't be dissapointed

I buy scents for my husband by trying them on myself first - when I first sprayed on Dreamer I thought it was wonderful - unusual, but wonderful. After it developed a while on my skin, I thought it was flat-out weird. It definitely smells of tobacco, and a whole lot of other things, like sweetness mixed with, I don't know what - auto tires? It's hard to describe, and I have a feeling it's a love it or hate it type fragrance. It lasted a long while on my skin and after about an hour or so I didn't really care for it... but when I got home, I asked both my husband and my adult son to give it a sniff, and they both really liked it! So I would recommend it for users who want a unique scent.


I tried this fragrance a few years ago when a store clerk recomended it (said it was everyone's favorite in the store). Extremely soft and warm, Dreamer smells significantly different on skin than on paper (sample cards). I like it because it isn't as sharp, flowery, and chemicle-smelling as most perfumes.


I bought it along with the body gel about a year ago. The EDT lasts for about 5 hours, the gel for up to 3. It's the most versatile EDT i have ever had, can EVEN wear it to work (which would be a little too ... but still I could), suitable for all ages (I am 25), doesn't stay too close to the body and can stand its ground in the night crowd (unlike XS or Ultraviolet man), so it gets noticed. At the same time it's not too bold or anything so it doesn't irritate people and is really good from up close (unlike Moschino Friends which I love but is a little too "noticeable"). I guess some people would say it's just OK because there isn't any REAL strong notes to blow you away, but honestly, why would you want that? It's also complex and ... dreamy, guess the name suits it well. The price is also good compared with some other names.



Ordered a 3.3 bottle and received 3.4. Not sure if it's authentic.


I wasn't so sure of the scent the first time that I put this on. But after a few minutes I loved it. As the other reviewers have said, women LOVE the scent/smell of this. One women told me last night when I was at a bar, that I was the best smelling man there. I will for sure buy this again!

its not too strong or too light just perfect, the scent of the versace man is great....


When a six year old decides to take Dad's cologne to school, in his backpack, to present himself "smelled up" to his teacher it's pretty neat. So of course I say to him, "What smells so handsome," and out comes the bottle. And onto my arm it spills as he shows me "his special stuff."

I take it into "safe keeping" thinking Dad will really be put-out, boy, and noticing people are backing away from me at a really pretty remarkable rate. What makes this even better is today is THE day. Yep, my evaluation final big thing I have to do that kept me up all weekend with nerves, never bigger than THIS year when stakes are higher for me. So, then, I smell up the eval and the follow up conference, of course, with my now totally liquidated in Eau Fraiche self, thinking I'd kinda like to dig up Versace and say something specifically in Italian. And French. Something that doesn't sound like ooooohhhh baby.

Now I have a headache and I still smell very EAU and it's after 4PM. On Groundhog Day. And I'm a woman. Not a hair on my face shaved and splashed.

So I'm going to give all MEN who want their way with me in this lifetime a little "tip," go easy on the Fraiche. And possibly consider easing me into it in the tenth or eleventh year of our relating via a little applied to your ....no...er....I'll let you know when and where if it's appropriate.

I liked this for about ten minutes of the eight hours I've been drenched with it. Now I'm just annoyed.

My boyfriend wears this and has for a long time. It is heavenly. The first time I leaned in to hear him better (at a noisy bar) I was mesmerized by this spectacular scent. Women clammer when they smell this. His dad has even borrowed it and had to be careful because women were just about climbing over the counter to get to him he smelled so good. If you want something that smells great and not many have (not on shelves anymore - special order only) then go for this. I'm drooling just thinking about it.


This parfum is the most superlative of fragrance that hit the liquid stands today and for decades to come. It has such an amazing aroma it almost makes you want to eat it!
